1. Where you bought them matters

dinky wipes products are sold through third-party marketplaces. If you bought through Amazon, returns and refunds are handled through your Amazon account under Amazon's returns policy. If you bought through TikTok Shop, returns and refunds are handled through TikTok Shop's returns process. In both cases the marketplace manages the return itself, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

2. Faulty or not as described

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a product you receive is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a replacement or a refund. Start with the marketplace you bought from, and if you have any difficulty, contact us at hello@dinkywipes.com and we will help resolve it.

3. Changing your mind

For most online purchases, consumers in the UK have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This right is exercised through the marketplace you bought from, and the marketplace's own change-of-mind returns window may be longer.

4. Hygiene and opened products

Wipes are a hygiene product. Change-of-mind returns may be refused or reduced where a sealed inner pack has been opened, in line with the applicable marketplace policy and consumer law.
